Travis Parrott serves as a managing director in Newmark Knight Frank's Portland, Oregon, office. Mr. Parrott brings to his position more than six years of experience in commercial real estate. In 2018, Mr. Parrott was awarded the Bill Naito Award, which recognizes the most complex transaction of the year, for his role in negotiating the 139,000-square-foot deal with adidas at Montgomery Park. The deal included office, retail and warehouse components. He was also an integral part of the leasing team on Broadway Tower, the most successful new construction pre-lease project in Portland history.  Mr. Parrott joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2018, after six years as a first vice president at Kidder Mathews. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he was a touring professional tennis player. During his 10-year career, he competed in over 50 countries, 30 grand slam events and won the US Open mixed doubles title in 2009. His career high ranking was No. 25 in the world in 2009.    Mr. Parrott graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia, where he earned his bachelor's degree in finance.    He currently resides in Northwest Portland with his wife and twin sons.
