About the Property

A 22-story premier Class “A” office tower, totaling 317,577 SF. Lobby has marble floors and walls with brass interior finishes, equipped with a 24-hour security attendant. Destination dispatching will allow tenants more control over security, their guests and employees as well as increase the overall speed of the elevators.
