Her responsibilities and experience in the Agency Leasing field allow her to assist clients with complex projects, integral research, marketing efforts and sophisticated market analysis to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Karah worked for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Services and Tenant Representation teams. Before Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Karah was an Account Manager for a technology staffing firm. She delivered technical staff augmentation and technical project management solutions for her clients. Karah is a native North Carolinian and a graduate of East Carolina University.

Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, John spent 10 years at Trinity Partners and oversaw leasing efforts on a wide range of office projects including new construction in Charlotte’s CBD, to some of city’s most historic properties. John is an active member of CRCBR and was recognized as the number two overall office producer in CRCBR’s “Deal Makers” program for 2017. Originally from Richmond, VA, John is a graduate of Furman University and has lived in Charlotte for over13 years. In his downtime, John enjoys spending time with his wife, Meredith and his two daughters, Ella and Abbie and fitting in the occasional round of golf.
