Rhea joined Trinity in 2008 and quickly became one of the company’s top producers. She is responsible for office leasing in the Charlotte market as well as leasing efforts for several of the city’s most respected office buildings, including Bank of America Plaza and LakePointe Corporate Center. Her work entails everything from marketing initiatives to strategy and lease negotiation. Rhea has a proven track record with some of the country’s major institutional owners, including TIER REIT, AIG, KBS, Starwood, Angelo Gordon, and DRA Advisors. Her largest deals include a 140,000-square foot lease with SCOR, a 294,000 SF lease with Bank of America and 160,000 SF and 291,000 SF deals with Duke Energy. Rhea is known for her reliability, resourcefulness, and innovation, making her a natural fit at Trinity and well-respected among her industry peers. Prior to her work for Trinity Partners, Rhea worked for regional developer, Lauth Property Group, pursuing and underwriting various office and industrial development projects throughout the Southeast. She was a four-year NCAA Division I volleyball player at Wofford College, where she earned a BA in Intercultural Studies in Business.

Jennifer manages the leasing and marketing of nearly 1.2 million square feet of space in Trinity Partners’ office leasing portfolio, ranging from suburban office parks to downtown towers for respected institutional owners including AIG, Stockbridge Capital, KBS, DRA Advisors, and Origin Investments. She works closely with her owners, asset managers, and Trinity Partners leasing team to develop and execute meaningful, customized leasing strategies for her portfolio.
Known for her business acumen and negotiating skills cultivated over her 14 years in the industry, Jennifer joined Trinity Partners in 2011 after time spent in one of the country’s most competitive commercial real estate markets – Washington, DC. There, she served as a Vice President with Woodmark, responsible for the lease-up of more than one-million square feet of office space.
Jennifer earned a degree in Finance at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the varsity swim team that won two NCAA National Championships and three Southeastern Conference Championships.
