Jennifer manages the leasing and marketing of nearly 1.2 million square feet of space in Trinity Partners’ office leasing portfolio, ranging from suburban office parks to downtown towers for respected institutional owners including AIG, Stockbridge Capital, KBS, DRA Advisors, and Origin Investments. She works closely with her owners, asset managers, and Trinity Partners leasing team to develop and execute meaningful, customized leasing strategies for her portfolio.
Known for her business acumen and negotiating skills cultivated over her 14 years in the industry, Jennifer joined Trinity Partners in 2011 after time spent in one of the country’s most competitive commercial real estate markets – Washington, DC. There, she served as a Vice President with Woodmark, responsible for the lease-up of more than one-million square feet of office space.
Jennifer earned a degree in Finance at the University of Georgia, where she was a member of the varsity swim team that won two NCAA National Championships and three Southeastern Conference Championships.

Maddy joined Trinity in 2014 and is responsible for leasing more than 1.9 million square feet of suburban and downtown assets throughout Charlotte for well-known institutional owners including Stockbridge Partners, Capridge Partners, Crown/Epic, Tier REIT, Dilweg, and Origin. Maddy first joined Trinity as an Associate, and her strategic, determined, and engaging demeanor quickly earned her the title of leasing agent.
Maddy’s role includes handling day-to-day office leasing tasks, lease negotiations, preparing proposals, showing space, and business strategy. Prior to her work for Trinity Partners, she worked for an affiliate of Family Dollar to oversee and manage the company’s facilities maintenance portfolio, along with a team of more than 30 employees.
Maddy graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Health Communications. She is also an active member of CRCBR (Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors) and CRCBR’s leadership program.
